How do I return my product(s)?

OUR RETURN POLICY 

If you are not completely satisfied with youradidas.comorder, we offer a full refund within 90 days of receipt. *Some restrictions apply.

*Any seasonal surcharges will be included in your order's delivery total and are non-refundable. 
*90-day return is a promotional policy and only applies to orders placed during the promo period between 11/17/20-1/15/21
*Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable. 
*Face Covers are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to safety reasons. 
*Hype products such as Yeezy should be returned via
the onlinereturnsportalwithin seven days of the delivery date. The product page communicates the seven-day return window during the ordering process.  


If you’re returning due to a sizing issue, you may be eligible for exchange. 
 
HOW TO RETURN STEPS 
 
     PURCHASES THROUGH CREATORS CLUB 

  1. Sign in to your Creators Club Account 
  1. Go to your Order History 
  1. View the order you wish to return and select Return Items 
  1. Select the product to return, return reason, and the payment method for your refund 
  1. Follow the easy label and shipment return instructions provided 
 
    GUEST ORDER PURCHASES 
 
  1. Go to our Order Tracker 
  1. Enter your order number (i.e., AD000000000) and email address to find your order details 
  1. Select Return Items 
  1. Select the product to return, return reason, and the payment method for your refund 
  1. Follow the easy label and shipment return instructions provided 
 
EASY PRINT AND RETURN 

Once you have followed the prompts to complete your return or exchange on adidas.com you will be provided with a return label. To send back your order, simply: 
 
  1. Print the return label. No printer? Simply save the return FedEx QR code or return label on your mobile device to show during drop off. 
  1. Pack the item(s) you want to return in the original box, or any available to you. 
  1. Seal the box and place your return label over the original delivery label, or show the return FedEx QR code or return label during drop off. 
  1. Bring your package to a return drop off location. More details on return drop off locations can be found athttp://www.fedex.com/easyreturns 
  1. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the return drop off

GMR RETURNS 
  
Hazard labels must be printed in color and placed on the outside of the package. Please use the original box or apply the hazard label to return the package. 

·    GMR items contain a lithium battery and will require a manual return authorization from ourcustomer service team. 
·    Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if the GMR Jacquard tag seal has been broken, except if the GMR Jacquard tag is defective.

    The return label is not valid through USPS for APO/FPO returns.

       Please ensure your return meets the following conditions: 
• The product is in its original state and packaging. 
• Apparel has the original tags attached. 
• Accessories have all parts of the original packaging. 
• Footwear is in the original shoe box. 
    We are unable to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other thanwww.adidas.com. Please return the product to the original retailer. 
  
WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND? 
  
    After you drop off your return package at the local drop off point, it can take up to 14 business to receive your refund. 
    If five working days have passed since the refund notification was sent, and you still have not received the refund, pleaseget in touch withus. 
    Be aware that if you used a pre-paid credit card, the refund would be automatically issued to the original card. If you used a pre-paid card to make a purchase, please retain the card until you receive your purchase. 
    Some cards are not reloadable, which will prevent us from being able to issue a credit in the event of a return. 
  
HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER or PRODUCT? 
  
    A new exchange order will be created for the size you selected. Your exchange order is valid for seven days; therefore, you will need to drop the original item off at the return carrier within that timeframe*. Your exchange order will start processing once our warehouse team has processed the returned product. Please allow 1-2 daysforprocessing time plus standard shipping timeframes.Tracking information on exchange orders is not available from adidas.com. Please call us at 1-800-982-9337 if you need assistance checking on your exchange order status. 
    If you do not drop your return item(s) off within sevendays, your exchange order will be canceled. After this, you can still receive a refund by returning your item to the carrier. The refund will be issued once our warehouse team has processed the returned product. 
    Currently, we are only able to exchange the same item in the same color for a different size. If you would like to receive a different item or color instead, please return your item through ourreturns processfor a refund. Then place a new order online for the item you would like. 
    To use free exchanges on adidas.com, the package must be sent physically from within the United States. The return label is not valid through USPS for APO/FPO returns.

CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER IN-STORE? 
  
You may return your new and unusedadidas.compurchase at an adidas retail store within the returns window for that product. The original form of payment and confirmation email, or returns sticker from the shipping box, are required for the store to process your return at the full purchase price. If the receipt is not available, in-store credit is given at the current product price. 
 
 

IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS 
 

  
Items purchased at a physical adidas store location can be returned for a refund at any store in the United States with your original receipt. Please refer to the return policy on the back of your receipt. 
  
If you placed an order within one of our stores, which was delivered at a later date, this is considered an online order.  Please follow the adidas.comreturns processto complete your return or exchange.
