How do I return my product(s)?

HOW RETURNS WORK

adidas offers free returns and exchanges on all orders made at adidas.com within 30 days of the purchase. Yeezy products must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. But first you need access to your online order history.

 

PURCHASES THROUGH CREATORS CLUB

For orders placed while signed-in to your adidas.com Creators Club account, sign-in and visit your Order History to get started, then follow tips for easy print and return.

 

GUEST ORDER PURCHASES

If you placed a guest order (or cannot find an order on your account), check our ORDER TRACKER and enter your order number (i.e. AD000000000) and email address to find your order details. 

 

EASY PRINT AND RETURN

Once you have access to your order, follow the prompts to complete your return or exchange.

Pro tip: Be sure to attach the shipping label to the box and cover up any previous delivery addresses or barcodes.

 

If you have problems printing your return label, please, first check your browser pop-up settings, or use the “Get Mobile Code” button, which allows you to easily drop-off the package at any UPS Store location.

 

MORE TIPS FOR HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

To ensure exchanged product gets to you as quickly as possible, plan to drop-off the labeled return package with the carrier within 10 days of completing exchange online. If you are unable to drop-off the returning package within 10 days, your exchange will automatically become a return for refund. A refund will be issued once the package has been dropped off with the carrier and is processed.

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your adidas.com order, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. *Some restrictions apply.

 

*Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable.

*Hype products such as Yeezy should be returned via the online returns portal within seven days of the delivery date. The product page communicates the seven-day return window during the ordering process. 

 

    Please use free returns on adidas.com, the package must be sent physically from within the United States.

    The return label is not valid through USPS for APO/FPO returns.

       Check out our Return Policy for more details.

       Please ensure your return meets the following conditions:

• The product is in its original state and packaging.

• Apparel has the original tags attached.

• Accessories have all parts of the original packaging.

• Footwear is in the original shoe box.

    We are unable to return merchandise obtained from a retailer other than www.adidas.com. Please return the product to the original retailer.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

 

    After you drop off your return package at the local drop off point, it can take 3-5 business days for the package to get to our warehouse.

    Once a return arrives at the warehouse, it can take up to 24 - 48 hours to process.  (During peak periods processing time may exceed 48 hours)

    It takes 1-2 days to transfer a refund to your payment account. Banks or credit card companies may require additional time to process a refund. An email notification will be sent once returned product(s) have been processed.  If five working days have passed since refund notification was sent, and you still have not received the refund, please get in touch with us .

    Be aware that if you used a pre-paid credit card, the refund will be automatically issued to the original card. If you used a pre-paid card to make a purchase, please retain the card until you receive your purchase.

    Some cards are not reloadable, which will prevent us from being able to issue a credit in the event of a return.

 

HOW DO I EXCHANGE MY ORDER or PRODUCT?

 

    A new exchange order will be created for the size you selected. Your exchange order is valid for 10 days; therefore, you will need to drop the original item off at the return carrier within that timeframe*. Your exchange order will start processing once the returned product has been processed by our warehouse team. Please allow 1-2 days for processing time plus standard shipping timeframes. Tracking information on exchange orders is not available from adidas.com, please call us at 1-800-982-9337 if you need assistance checking on your exchange order status. 

    If you do not drop your return item(s) off within 10 days, your exchange order will be cancelled. After this, you can still receive a refund by returning your item to the carrier. The refund will be issued once the returned product has been processed by our warehouse team.

    Currently we are only able to exchange the same item in the same color for a different size. If you would like to receive a different item or color instead, please return your item through our returns process for a refund. Then place a new order online for the item you would like.

CAN I RETURN MY ONLINE ORDER IN-STORE?

 

You may return your new and unused adidas.com purchase at an adidas retail store within the returns window for that product. The original form of payment and confirmation email, or returns sticker from the shipping box, are required for the store to process your return at the full purchase price. If the receipt is not available, in-store credit is given at the current product price.


IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS

 

Items purchased at a physical adidas store location can be returned for a refund at any store in the United States with your original receipt. Please refer to the return policy on the back of your receipt.

 

If you placed an order within one of our stores which was delivered at a later date, this is considered an online order.  Please follow the adidas.com returns process to complete your return or exchange.
