How do I handle adidas lifetime backpack and bag warranty?

agron, inc. is the official licensee of adidas accessories.  We build products that help you perform better, play better and feel better. Whether on or off the court, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Our Lifetime Warranty for duffels and backpacks guarantees our product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product or 5 years.  If you believe that you have a defective adidas duffel or backpack that was purchased from a retailer within the last five years, you may be eligible for a replacement bag.  Please follow the instructions below to return your product to us for evaluation.  We reserve the right to decide whether a product is defective or damaged through normal wear-and-tear.  We do not replace products that have been replaced from a previous warranty claim.

You must be located in the United States and have a valid US postal address, as we do not ship to PO boxes.

We recommend you complete the form using your smart phone as we will be asking for pictures and the phone will make this process much easier. The photographs we require can be seen on the examples at our website. If you can include a copy of your receipt, it will help facilitate your return.
