We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed.

However, you may return your product using our free returns option within 90 days of receipt. *Some restrictions apply.

We begin constructing your personalized product as soon as you place your order. We are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it is placed.

*Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable.
*Yeezy products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
*90-day return is a promotional policy and only applies to orders placed during the promo period between 11/17/20-1/19/21.
